Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Odexa (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Odexa is a reputation management platform for marketing agencies and their clients. Features include a unified review inbox, AI reply drafting, review request campaigns, and analytics. The Service is provided as-is and may evolve over time.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the terms of a review platform we integrate with.
• Do not send unsolicited messages or violate consumer messaging laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
• Do not attempt to fabricate, incentivize, or manipulate reviews in a way that violates platform policies.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. We do not sell Customer Data.

AI-generated replies and campaign copy are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it, and for its accuracy and compliance.

Either party may terminate for convenience. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we will delete or return Customer Data on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law the Service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
